My role at Tyler included: 1. the management and day-to-day maintenance of the organization's social media2. editorial and design oversight for publications3. liaison with regional print and broadcast media4. working with colleagues, volunteers, trustees, and donors to ensure a consistent look and feel for the organization's communications and messagingMy efforts for Tyler's social media platforms increased the organization's presence and reach on Facebook by 106+%, on Twitter by 130+%, and by 365+% on Instagram.

As Delaware Hospice's in-house graphic design and marketing specialist, I overhauled much of the organization's branding and design and gave its newsletters, press ads, brochures, development, fundraising, and presentation material a new look and feel. I supported the organization's public relations efforts and introduced an in-house style guide, working closely with strategic marketing advisors and partners to reenergize Delaware Hospice's marketing material.SPECIFIC ACCOMPLISHMENTS:Among several efforts, I played a pivotal role in supporting a range of initiatives in: grief and bereavement counseling; in advance healthcare directive planning, and in training support for student hospital chaplains regarding personal bias at the end of life in spiritual care.My design work generated greater stakeholder attention and attraction for the organizations printed material, enhanced its reader engagement, and created higher perceived values for its overall messages.
