My professional career spans 40 years and has been almost exclusively in the areas of sales and management. My real estate career covers 25 years which includes multiple sectors of real estate such as sales, real estate investing, property management & maintenance, as well as brief periods in construction. This vast experience gives me a good perspective which is beneficial to my clients. In addition, I managed a company that provided real estate investing seminars and my responsibilities included managing the sales organization (both in-house and the "road crews"), the marketing department, customer service, as well as most back office responsibilities.My objective in real estate is to continue to grow my residential and residential income property business throughout the years.
