Currently working for Harper Construction at LAHC on the HPTA Project. Serving as interim Superintendent to assist in the mobilization and Demo stages with the Harper Team. This is a design build project involving many disciplines, subcontractors and various management companies represent LAHC and LAUSD HPTA School personnel.

Working for California Construction Management, contracted to the Santa Monica - Malibu School District for Construction Management Services, Main focus is at Santa Monica High School, BB Construction. Have completed the Science and Technology Building, 98,000 square feet, with labs, classrooms, offices, and adjacent areas in the Phase 1 portion. In the current Phase 2 scope, completed the entrance walkways at 6th and Olympic, the parking area, lighting and power connection. The current work at Samohi Phase 2 is the completion of the Utility Building, housing the generator, additional restrooms, storage areas, and electrical service units. Estimated overall value $75 M.

It was a great experience working with excellent management team of Ed Wolski, and the group there. Recruited then by California Construction Management and the Facility Director to work a Santa Monica - Malibu Unified School District.
