I have over 20 years of experience in information technology, with a focus on CCM disciplines, work-flow management, technical and business requirements elicitation, and iterative project management.I have completed multiple projects using agile, scrum, SDLC, and waterfall methodologies, and I have obtained certifications in Quadient and OpenText technologies. I also have strong skills in communication, production operations, business process analysis, product deployment, client and colleague mentoring and training, and client retention.
