Gary helps clients navigate energy and environmental regulatory matters, including matters before state commissions and agencies, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.Gary formerly worked as a public affairs consultant in APCO Worldwide’s New York and Washington, D.C., offices. He supported clients across a variety of industries with public affairs, coalition building, issues management, and strategic communications counsel to help achieve business and policy objectives.Gary earned his Juris Doctor from George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School. He is the former executive editor of the George Mason Law Review, Vol. 29. Gary is also the founder and former president of the George Mason University Society for Environmental and Energy Law. He is also a graduate of Ohio University’s Scripps School of Journalism, where he studied strategic communications and political science. In his time at Ohio University, Gary served as the PRSSA National Vice President of Chapter Development.
