Managing unclaimed property examinations, including but not limited to: (1) identifying potential audit candidates; (2) preparing opening conference materials; (3) preparing request letters for properties for testing; (4) identifying potential unclaimed properties in accordance with various state statutes; (5) reporting properties to state governments; and (6) preparing a final findings report for the holder and state government.

Selling bank products (i.e., checking/savings, CD/money market), referring customers to work with our mortgage lending officers for mortgages and refinancing, referring customer to speak with our financial advisor, training new tellers, coaching others to provide exceptional banking experience.
