Within this job role, I lead the management of multiple key projects and ensure delivery within set timeframes and quality standards. My job is to devise and employ the design and delivery of cost-effective and high-performance technology solutions and provide solutions for product and equipment development. I also manage full ground-up system design of robotic, automated, autonomous, and assembly machinery.My abilities comprise utilizing robust, reliable, and user-friendly machines with complex mechatronics, including PLC/HMI, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, conveyors, vision, meters, sensors, pumps, valves, thermal/feedback control systems, IOT serviceability, Bluetooth, and UL, EMI/ESD. I led strategic and operational planning of the department while assigning resources and monitoring/training new applicants. I was also responsible for generating market entry reports including the theory of operation, risk assessment, and market analysis for the Low Emissions Anti-Idling System used for hotel hours by class 8 vehicle users and an Autonomous Magnetic Propulsion System for commuter vehicles.Here are my main contributions:• Filled the gap in the market for hybrid-powered industrial vehicles with next-generation electric motors.• Built a parametric process workflow involving MCAD, ECAD, MRP, and PDM Enterprise systems ensuring revision control, BOM completion and stabilization, cross-department transparency, and electronic signoffs.
