• Supported twelve Business Analysts and twenty Project Managers with meeting annual goal by having 75% of client requested projects on-time, on-budget, and meeting quality standards.
• Administered ownership of large data warehouse reporting application created from 4 source project applications enabling management to promptly view prior day project status, monitor budget, and forecast future costs.
• Served as functional team member in $580,000 project implementing Microsoft Portfolio-Project Management System into 4 IT Planning Groups supporting Generation, Utilities, Commercial Operations, and Corporate AEP.
• Organized advanced planning routine in creation of 3 monthly management reports reducing publication time from 8 days to 5 days over a period of 6 months.
• Assisted with updating System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology every 4 months incorporating new business rules such as SOX Compliance and Internal Audit enhancements.
