Gary is an Australian designer and the creative force behind SPARK Creative, a Singapore-based branded environments agency with a global reach. As the mind behind SPARK, Gary combines the art of branding and brand strategy with interior design to create or rejuvenate spaces where people shop and dine.With a strong track record, Gary's expertise spans across Southeast Asia, Japan, China, Australia, and his home turf, Singapore. Before founding SPARK, he made significant contributions to the retail industry. He served as the Creative Director for the renowned global agency Fitch (now Landor Fitch) and held a Senior Director position at one of Vietnam's largest multi-business unit retail groups.Throughout his career, Gary has lent his design prowess and customer-centric approach to an array of brands and businesses, ranging from luxury retail to specialty retail, travel retail, and both quick-service (QSR) and full-service (FSR) restaurants.Notably, Gary played a pivotal role in the early development and success of the Highlands Coffee Brand in Vietnam, which ultimately saw an acquisition by Jollibee Food Corp at a valuation of US$50 million.
