This role involved working in both the Projects and Operational centres for Chermside and North Lakes Shopping Centres. This saw me liaising with Design Managers, incoming tenants, lease executives and lease administrators.My duties included:Projects:• management and coordination of the retail tenancy on the Centre retail extension project to ensure all the works achieved the required legislative Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety (EOH&S) standards, while managing the time, cost and quality objectives for the Project• liaise with leasing managers, tenants and shopfitters to make sure that all timeline objectives set for their opening dates were adhered toOperations:• Obtained costings for build works for retail outlets within shopping centre• Submit costing for works to incoming tenants • Engage with sub-contractors to complete the works in specified timeframes and budgets• On completion of works, record certificates from building certifiers, ensure all required leasing documentation is completed and arrange for the removal of the hoarding• Chair weekly meetings to communicate and update progress of works with internal and external stakeholders including JV partner, Dexus

The Prince Charles Hospital & a 12 story six star green star new Government building on the sunshine coast, Manage all sub contractors, price all variations, Co-ordination with other trades, ensuring compliance with health and safety and quality assurance procedures, management and monitoring the project performance.
