Amazon IT Associate's are responsible for maintaining equipment and keeping it up to date. As well as ensuring all associate's have functioning equipment to work on during their shift. - Provision 5 to 10 laptops/desktops a week to ensure the device is running smoothly and the software is updated.- Retrograded mobile carts twice a week so associates could work the whole shift without any equipment issues. - Responsible for checking in/out equipment daily to associates, so they can use throughout the shift.Replaced malfunctioned equipment every day to allow associates to work more proficiently.
