As Design Director at Mogo, I led all product and brand design projects, including the managed investing app (moka.ai), self-directed investing app (mogotrade.ca), VISA Platinum Prepaid Card program, Bitcoin investing platform, Equifax credit score monitoring service, online mortgage product, and personal loan product.Working closely with the founder/CEO and the leadership team, I shaped the product experience vision and creative direction for all products and brands. I empowered a team of designers and creatives to solve complex business and user problems, working with cross-functional partners in highly regulated environments.Additionally, I implemented and refined design operations and processes to align with evolving corporate OKRs, while staying actively involved in design and creative practices.

I established Mogo’s first creative and design team and managed all design operations. I led the launch of a new brand identity while executing multimedia campaigns across channels such as websites, digital display ads, videos, print, in-store, and out-of-home advertising. I also designed early-stage digital product experiences for the lending and prepaid card programs on web platforms.
