After 3 years in commercial real estate, Gary started his first company in 2000 providing last-mile ISP to high-end mixed-use complex and residential villas in Beijing. The company was a DSL technology pioneer in Beijing.Commencing in 2009, Gary was part of China Center, a Sino-America business platform based in World Trade Center, NYC and CBD, Beijing. China Center provides serviced office, conference center, club membership, F&B and business relationship building services. As the lead executive for China Center parent company, Beijing Vantone Investment Co. Ltd., in this role he was responsible for all initial due diligence, financial modeling, business plan, site build out, staff recruitment and training, operations, branding, along with sales & marketing strategy.2014, moving forward with his career, Gary is now Investment Director of Reliance Commercial Land (Beijing). This role centres around reviewing real estate developmental projects throughout China/USA and raising the required capital for investment.2015 moving back to the Bay Area, Gary became the Director of Investments for a China Fortune Land Development which is a $10B Cap real estate development company.
