-Experience with teaching Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Advanced Geometry, Topics in Precalculus, Advanced Precalculus-Piloted and developed curriculum for two Tier 2 RTI summer courses (Algebra 1 Proficiency, Algebra 2 Readiness)-Provide Tier 2 RTI support to students in Geometry, Algebra 2 (SY 2013-2016)-Partner with Humanities Department to promote content-based literacy among Tier 2 RTI students-Departmental duties include PLC leader for Algebra 2 course team, collaborator in efforts to implement Flipped 401 classroom model, develop group-worthy tasks, unpacking Common Core State Standards (CCSS) for mathematics courses-Adopted Assessment for Learning (AFL) teaching philosophy-Collaborated on the development of standards-based grading in our department; currently implementing standards based grading-Extracurricular responsibilities include sponsoring Relay for Life, Filipino Club, YND: Hip-Hop Dance Club, School Improvement Committee on Culture and Climate, Departmental Gradebook Coach (Infinite Campus)
