Directed, coordinated, supervised, and trained the seven functional staff sections for a 4,500 personnel organization in 5 states. Supervised all tasks assigned to the staff. Performed as senior official for facility management, construction, repair, maintenance and accountability of 100 training center facilities in a four state region. Supervised 6 military personnel, 9 Civilian personnel and 15 civilian contractors providing facility planning, project management, maintenance, construction, operations, repair and disposal of real property. Managed $15 million dollar annual operating budget.• Supervised transformation of functions to a new command without loss of continuity of essential services to 100 facilities by successfully managing existing and emerging requirements with a depleted staff. • Managed 10 Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) construction projects valued at $158M with one completed, three under construction and six in the planning phase, 26 corporate projects valued at $2.2M, and worked to gain approval of 3 Grow the Army (GTA) projects saving the government thousands of dollars in annual lease costs.• Supervised Command’s submission for the Army Community of Excellence Program (Malcolm Baldridge) resulting in receipt of runner-up status and award of $50K.

Managed day-to-day operations and staff of a 600 soldier organization with 300 vehicles and property valued at over $100M. Directly supervised 5 staff sections as second in command charged with unit and equipment validation for deployment and subsequent re-mission to post and port operations.• Validated the unit, 100% of personnel and equipment within the 5 week requirement for deployment to Southwest Asia.• Managed re-mission of the unit to post and Port Support Activity (PSA) functions conducting 9 construction projects saving the government $447K in labor and equipment costs and offload of 28,000 pieces of equipment and baggage.

Sold chemical, facility maintenance and fleet products to industry and municipal customers in the Northern Mississippi region. Maintained sales materials and sample products for customer demonstrations.• Developed new territory from $0 sales volume to $100,000 in year one and on track to increase sales by 20% in year two prior to military deployment.• Conducted customer education, seminars, training, inventory maintenance, order completion, computer entry of orders and customer profile information to company standard.
