Fort Sam Houston, TX

• Coached executive management team on projecting and targeting the future needs of the organization in addition to improving and adjusting change management strategies and tactics design while consulting junior business.
• Prepared, tracked, and completed over 800 administration tasks to support 143 employees over a three-year period—resulted in over 30 promotions, 120 awards, and three inspections with 100% first-time pass ratings

• Ensured all employees were updated on all Federal Regulations, office policies, and strategies as changes occurred

• Managed the 35-member organization’s training program ensuring annual refresher training on management best practices and interpersonal skills, fitness, and all other requirements. Maintained and reported records of.
• Supervised a team of seven employees on the completion of all daily requirements while deployed under austere conditions to Iraq
• Combined efforts of three federal agencies to coordinate overseas transport and storage of $2M in government equipment operations; ensured the proper documentation and accounting of all equipment
