As an experienced board level executive within Financial Services I have taken responsibility for the majority of the business functions including Private Clients, Sales, Operations, Product Design as well as IT.My career starting point as a Private Client Adviser gives me a real insight into what a client really wants but as I have developed in my career I now understand what’s needed in a company to deliver this and scale it for the benefit of all.My natural curiosity combined with my entrepreneurial up bringing leads to a fascination with all aspect of business and how the mosaic of “People, Processes and System” must be combined to create a great company to buy from, work for and own.
