Planned and taught programming courses. Was responsible for rollout of 3 VB courses and a series of 5 Java courses. Courses were offered at multiple community colleges including Gateway Community College, Housatonic Community College, and Norwalk Community College.

Managed a small software development team. Product was a hardware telephony product based on DSP technology. We developed Windows NT kernel driver architecture, VC++ API DLL's, QA test applications, and various tools and utilities.
