I have over 25 years of experience in the site development, project management, and construction management field. Whether project or corporately related, my desire is to provide leadership and support to achieve a common vision. My success comes through the execution of my role at a level that provides success for the project or firm.I have been a principal and partner in a civil engineering consulting firm. I have developed and implemented strategic plans, met corporate financial goals, marketed our services, secured a pipeline of projects, developed new business relationships, maintained client satisfaction, served as a mentor, and assured quality in engineered products.I have extensive experience in Development Coordination activities including site feasibility, due diligence, assembling and managing the project design team, negotiating entitlements, tenant coordination, budgeting, proforma models, and scheduling. I determine the project’s critical path by evaluating owner/tenant requirements, understanding the required entitlements, design preparation and permitting time frames. From 2010 through 2012 I owned and operated a local math learning center. This business was profitable and allowed me to use my background education to help elementary through college age students realize their math potential.In 2013 I managed and performed repairs to qualifying inner city homes in the City of Birmingham Critical Repair Grant Program.
