Reporting directly to MOD personnel provided engineering and commissioning support for systems within a secure production facility. Responsible for the hand over, to client personnel, of a large Distributed Control System, providing training to apprentices and technical officers alike. Initially joined as a technician progressing to the position of systems engineer with 6 reports.

Following a successful apprenticeship with the CEGB and its privatisation gained the position of C&I Technician with National Power. Responsible for the on-going maintenance of control and instrumentation of a 2000Mw coal fired power station. Provided vocational training to apprentices.
