Who am I? I have had many experiences over my work life. I am retired now but I have been involved in customer service, in one fashion or another, for over 30 years. I was the mobility administrator with 15 years experience supporting up to 5000 users in the Blackberry and iPhone environments. I introduced mobility to BJC 15 years ago with the Blackberry. Over the years I have experienced every facet of supporting and developing a mobility culture by being the goto person for those who wanted a Blackberry or iPhone and those who had issues or questions. I have purchased configured, delivered them, and taught users how to use them. When Blackberry eventually shot themselves in the foot and our management decided to move to the iPhone, I transitioned our users to that. I signed BJC up for the Apple Direct iOS Support program and am the point of contact for that program. I hold the ACiT certification, which allows me to enter cases directly into Apple's service portal to replace devices under warranty and AppleCare. I am, also, a certified AirWatch Associate. I manage the relationship between BJC and our third-party vendor who provides 24/7 support and fulfillment. I managed the transition to their services and continue to be the point of contact. I have managed people, at one time up to 9 contractors, providing support and fulfillment services to our users. Mobility has grown from a single Blackberry to over 5,000 iPhones and more. What do I want? I want an opportunity for advancement, commensurate with the responsibilities of the position and the opportunity to grow mobility further. I have come to realize that will not happen at BJC. The corporate environment is such that there is no opportunity for advancement,If you are looking for someone who take on, and manage your corporate mobility initiative, someone who will own the job, then let me know. I am interested in hearing what you have to offer.
