The Supreme Court judges Kavanaugh dismissed over 500 judicial complaints in one year... that and Gorshuch stated that you attack one judge and you attack all judges... that is 100% dismissal of all complaints. That judges and be as corrupt and dishonest as they want without any recourse to you the American? Businesses would save billions of dollars if the courts were honest. We are a non-government, non-corporate, private group/association working with other groups as well as our own specific Mission. This is a multi-faceted project focused on designing and building a self-contained research ship that will be used as a platform vessel for designing ways of cleaning up the garbage in the Ocean Gyres. There are over 40 designers and engineers that have volunteered for this effort. We are also working in tandem with a Working Organic training farm to teach how to grow safe and healthy food. I am responsible for the end to end management of the Green Island Project as well as putting together projects and coordinating with other groups of similar mission. I am the direct liaison and Project Manager between designers, engineers, vendors, and third party companies as well as government officials. My role is to define projects, collect the requirements, gather data and infrastructure requirements and determine the deliveries, development, and the organization of the projects. This is a long term effort that is still in progress that I now work on in my spare time. Responsible to provide IT leadership and back up the in-house technicians for break/fix issues, relationship partnering, strategic planning, network administration, maintain change and risk control. Work with vendors in upgrading the infrastructure, software and hardware migration. Primary Project: Computer desktop and Laptop Migration (Windows 7, computer hardware, and software upgrades): Build Project Plan that included accounting for the location of all computers in the hospital and clinics. Locate all high level stakeholders to coordinate their needs and wants into the Project Plan. Establish a requirement for resources (software, personnel, work space, etc..), Determine risk, create scheduling and benchmarks. Time: 6 monthsResults: Achieved a seamless, defect free migration with no unscheduled downtime due to careful planning and strategic resource management. Doctors and patients were minimally affected.Primary Project: Installation of Federally required EMR system (EPIC) Working with Johnny Soto as the Primary (EPIC Design) PM, My role was to organize and plan the complete upgrade of the infrastructure network and Wi-Fi system up to a Cat 6 cabling system, moving and relocating several clinics in two different states, verify quality as well as identify and mitigate all problems that arise in the process. Time 7 monthsResults: Achieved a system wide, problem free go-live on schedule.

Accountable for end-to-end delivery of company's infrastructure to optimally support 2 open pit mines, one underground mine, a power generation facility, and a primary business office complex having over 4000 users, servers, routers and switches, and wireless throughout the system. International projects: process and procedures for IT customer service quality. Primary Project: Upgrade all computer systems to Windows 7 at 5 different locations (3500+ systems). My responsibility was to oversee this project from beginning to end, set up the Project Plan, coordinate with all high level stakeholders, technical resources, schedule, identify risk, maintain scope creep, coordinate transportation of all equipment to sites, maintain weekly updates, be on call 24/7 for emergencies and other issues as all sites operated 24/7/365. Result: Completed as scheduledPrimary Project: Infrastructure; Negotiated and supervised vendors regarding relocating optical fibre transmission runs, building a new VoIP infrastructure using Cisco POE switches/routers with Avaya software and phones. Result: This one caught us with scope creep… this project concluded 2 weeks beyond schedule. Secondary Project: International Global IT operations support: Design and implement front end GUI – UI for user request for technical services as well as the technician-fault or incident–service ticket software (USD and BMC Remedy 5). This was rolled out to 4 countries internationally. Secondary Project: Designed and implemented an inventory control system and transit tracking system that eliminated 100% of lost inventory in transit and local secured storage. Secondary Projects: the continuous relocation of field offices and maintenance buildings requiring high speed networks. I moved the optical fibre cabling and the switches and routers for these buildings maintaining quality connectivity. A SOP was established so that these small one week projects could be implemented about every month.

Primary Project: Contracted to create a project to upgrade the renewal of all computer systems, infrastructure, and software for the Boise Call Center. Created the Project Plan, scheduling, interaction with the High level stakeholders. This entailed my coordinating with three shifts, multiple directors and executives, interfacing and monitoring vendors, scheduling, as well as controlling processes and communications.Results: Completed on schedule.

Installed and upgraded computers and networks as well as Vendor Management and contract negotiations. Managed server upgrades and migrations including Database migrations, working with software programmers to complete development of database or software requirements. Oversaw complete enterprise and network upgrades or installations.Also did biohazard cleanup projects within the state, trained the Boice Police force in Biohazard awareness issues.
