Current• Managing the relationships with our Commercial Vehicle OEMs, Off Highway OEMs, and Aftermarket Customers.• Responsible for the overall management, assessment, and development of various departments to achieve the profit and volume objectives defined by the company. • Responsible for directing and evaluating new opportunities in the mobile HVAC markets that are within the organization's strategic growth and development plans. • Lead negotiations and the main source of commercial contact at all customers and prospects.• Design and implement strategic sales and marketing plans. • Maintain and develop productive relationships with existing as well as potential new customers.• Lead, train, and coach the employees of the organization and ensure that they completely understand the mission and vision of the organization.• Identify new market segments and assess operational problems or issues to stay ahead in the competitive market.• Responsible for getting feedback from the customers, networking effectively to acquire new business relationships, study and develop strategies for improvement of business products and services, etc.• Review reports, tracks the profitability and results to get an insight in the progress of the organization.
