Responsible for the BT channel business serving SME customers. Built a successful business unit in just 16 weeks; from the ground up developed a strong team of sales development (SDR), inside sales and field account specialists and project managers.

Joined MCI (now Verizon) with primary responsibility in EMEA for product marketing, communications, events, PR and analyst relations. Promoted to Head of Marketing which included responsibility for telephone account management and telesales.
