 Supervising the COVID19 screening team assembled at William Osler to assist in preventing outbreaks at the assigned hospital or clinic. Compassionately tending to the needs of patients, visitors, staff/physicians on screening/visitation protocols, assessing potential risk of COVID-19 exposure including recent travel history, health related status and specific symptoms  Assigning screening team members with station assignments, while guiding them on any concerns that may arise Scheduling and providing relief assistance while continually working to improve our practices and process. Collaboration with Clinical Unit staff in providing departmental support for patients and visitors Providing assistance to management in recruiting and interviewing prospective team members Implemented changes in the screening process to maximize efficiency
