Rig startup operations in Central- East - South Mexico and coordinated initial shipments. Selected crews and assisted with work documents. Build infrastructure for ongoing operations and built relationships with vendors and Mexican nationals for all aspects of drilling procedures. Received award achievement for taking startup operation to $55M within 3 years.

Rig Manager on 750hp telescopic double 2 X 1000hp Pumps & Tesco HMI 150 Top Drive, with responsibilities for all repairs & maintenance to equipment as well as all safety for crews & all rig transportation regulations. Responsible for bids to operators for all rig moves and cost associated to transport & commission of the rig. Worked on several different projects & operators in Alberta. Coalbed Methane, Shallow Heavy Oil, High Pressure Deviated wells in the foothills and multiple different Horizontal well with multiple drilling fluid designs. Always increasing performance & safety of the rig & crews, accumulating over 1000 CAODC safety days while managing a rig & crews.
