- Provided hands-on support to various stores, setting up hardware and addressing any on-site issues they encountered.
- Collaborated with the Infrastructure team to enhance understanding of their systems and assisted in configuring Aruba systems used in stores, including Aruba access points and Instant On systems.
- Worked in a shift based on-call system to offer support to users and stores.
