GRP specializes in providing ancillary reinsurance products and services designed to improve client's performance and results in the group benefits marketplace, specifically Life/AD&D, Short and Long Term Disability, and Supplemental Health products. We can assist insurance companies with excess life, quote share, buyouts, and private label products. My belief in life and disability products is genuine and personal. Managing financial risk in individual's lives is critical to lifelong well-being. Prior to joining GRP I helped lead the effort to stand up and grow the Group Benefits Small Business segment at The Hartford. I saw the team through exponential growth of sales, introduction of tools and products, and staff growth while leading the Eastern Region GB Small Business sales team for nearly 10 years. I am particularly proud of our growth and net promoter rankings in the Small Group space, and the launch/adoption of Hartford's proprietary quoting & installation tool.
