Focus included hardware/software co-verification with Seamless CVE, Questa (Modelsim), etc.Develop and guide customer requirements and enhancements to product engineering team.Analyze defects and establish a solution strategy for the product engineering team.Won customer adoption of Platform Express design creation technology by LSI Logic (acquired by Avago Technologies) for RapidChip configurable silicon technology, 2005.Contribute to and drive IP-XACT standards creation for IP reuse in design and verification as delegate to the SPIRIT Consortium; guide customers and colleagues in using this standard (now IEEE 1685).

Served as 2nd delegate for Mentor Graphics on Schema Working Group, and as Delegate and Interim Coordinator (temporary chair) of Verification Working Group in the SPIRIT Consortium, a non-profit standards organization formed to enable rapid, reliable deployment of IP into advanced design environments. This effort produced IP-XACT, which became standard IEEE 1685.
