Responsible for projects through the whole life cycle - from the initial design concept to validation then production and customer support. Products manufactured by these production lines are medical devices which have included sharps bins, drug delivery systems, specialist bottles and closures. These production lines have included technologies such as bespoke IBM and IM tooling and machines, robots, vision systems, laser marking, specialist machinery, PLC systems, assembly by robot, continuous motion and indexing assembly machines. I am customer and supplier facing, the business manufactures and designs its own products and designs and manufactures products and processes for its customers.Responsible for process improvements using lean six sigma techniques and teaching others these methods.I have worked on sustainability projects in the plastic industry - waste reduction, recyling, energy saving, material improvements, etc. Show less
