In the 20 years that I've worked with NCRA, I've written one book for their publishing arm, over 50 articles for their trade magazine, and put on 10 technical seminars at their conventions. I've also given seminars for 16 of their affiliated trade associations.

I developed training curricula and intranet sites for technical support personnel within Cisco Systems, specializing in the IOS operating system.

In addition to designing, managing, and writing software for VITAC and the company that acquired it (WordWave), I designed and built their websites, acted as Editor-in-Chief for their news site, represented the company on standards committees, and tracked industry technical trends.

I oversaw all product development at Cheetah, created training programs and tools (including award-winning promotional and training videos), ran the marketing department for six years, created and maintained the online presence, put on numerous training and promotional seminars, wrote and/or managed software manuals, and managed the company network.

I was responsible for curriculum development on "Advanced Computer-Aided Transcription" and "History and Theory of Computer-Aided Transcription." I taught both classes myself, and then trained other instructors.

My partners and I built this custom microelectronics company from startup to 160 employees and $20 million annual sales in four years with no venture capital. During that time, I specified, purchased, configured, and managed a $1 million network of engineering computers, created numerous development tools, wrote a design manual, created many of the marketing materials, designed seven integrated circuits, and spent a year managing a 65-employee robotic assembly facility.
