Administrative Specialist
CurrentThe Arizona Department of Transportation, Highway Maintenance division – serving Northwest district in support of multiple maintenance units throughout the district in a position that requires a professional multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and great customer service. Performing a variety of complex administrative duties, including procurement of roadway maintenance/repair materials, office supplies, facility management services, and supporting other divisions within the district to ensure proper communication and workload distribution. Work with contracted companies to secure project quotes, initiate requisitions/purchase orders in APP, manage active projects, and process invoices for payment upon completion.
