KEY ACHIEVEMENTS★ Applied technical subject matter expertise to create a custom services methodology that met specific customer constraints for services and integrations, and led multiple project teams, managing on-site/offshore resources. ★ Formulated and directed best-in-practice OSS/BSS processes, business readiness plans, and project metrics, and provided expertise for the development and launch of four COTS products.★ Played a critical role in winning five international contracts and upgrading existing customers to a next-generation NIMS, and created cost-efficient system engineering processes and provisioning process flows.

I also implemented new systems engineering processes that reduced the time needed to develop baseline requirements for launching 4 COTS-based software products.
