Gary Eby concentrates his practice in the areas of labor union representation and the representation of multi-employer (Taft-Hartley) employee benefit plans.He has extensive experience in labor arbitrations, collective bargaining, civil litigation involving labor unions, representation of labor unions before federal agencies such as the National Labor Relations Board, the Department of Labor, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He represents a variety of labor unions in the construction trades, printing industry, and public sector.He also represents numerous multi-employer employee benefits plans, including defined benefit plans; defined contribution plans, health & welfare; vacation, and joint apprenticeship plans.He is a member of the American, Ohio, Kentucky and Cincinnati Bar Associations; the AFL-CIO Lawyers Co-Ordinating Committee, and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.A graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law, Mr. Eby is admitted to practice in Ohio and Kentucky state courts; and the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Ohio; Northern District of Ohio; Eastern District of Kentucky, and the Western District of Michigan.
