As a Ops Science Leader and Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt (MBB), I helped create, establish, and implement the Ops Science global governance best practices for the entire company. ALU has 450+ Greenbelts and nearly 50 Blackbelts all which operated under the best practice guidelines of the Ops Science organization. Additionally, I worked on many projects to where I worked with project sponsors to not only identify problems, but to determine root-cause, and implement workable solutions. Much was focused on reducing/eliminating waste and increase our cash flow.

During this time, worked for a variety of Fortune 500 companies. Provided expertise in Performance Management in the establishment of and reporting of SLA/KPI's. Main focus was on helping companies to create performance baselines to help identify problems and then resolve. Some main areas included cycle times associated with delivering service in the PMO. Emphasis on establishing global best practices as it related to incident management, problem management, change management, alarm management, crisis management, continuity management, and all things ITIL / ITSM related. Provided leadership in getting these established within organizational business lines. Strong focus on lean six sigma in providing quality, process improvement, while reducing project cycle-times and improving cash flow. Established governance in implementing a Global Ops Science organization in order to tackle hundreds of issues associated with our ability to provide products and services to our customers.

As a senior leader of people, I can lead teams to improve business quality, improve processes (process improvement), and solve real business problems while improving the customer's experience and reducing costs. I do this by establishing with accountability performance reports and analysis across organizations. From the COO level down, I would implement Lean Six Sigma and ITIL best practices throughout organizations and implement a comprehensive set of Performance Management reports which would ultimately change and/or enhance the culture of a company.
