We are launching a comprehensive initiative that reaffirms and promotes our First Amendment rights and responsibilities. Unheard Voices Across America Project:“Do you feel like your voice isn’t being heard or your voice doesn’t matter? You have a voice and we have a soundboard. Change starts with you! We want to hear your voice and share your story!”Through our Unity/Division campaign, we learned that entire segments of society feel that their voices don’t matter and are not being heard. Society has ignored the suffering and not given platforms for their voices to be heard. Our goal is to identify these groups and provide a platform through a documentary project that will impact social justice and create positive change. Art is a tool of Social Justice and we have an opportunity to save our democracy! First Amendment Voice will be launching a comprehensive initiative that reaffirms and promotes our First Amendment rights and responsibilities and give voice to those who are left behind.

Safran S.A. is a French multinational aircraft engine, rocket engine, aerospace-component and defense company, employing over 91,000 people and generating 21.05 billion euros in sales in 2018.As a Global Communications Director at Safran Aerosystems (formerly Engineered Arresting Systems - Zodiac Aerospace), I shaped and brought to life communications initiatives and strategies that provided its international businesses with a competitive advantage. I identified and leveraged macro trends to inform and position business narratives and created communications plans to amplify these narratives across an effective blend of internal/external, traditional, social, digital and earned media channels. I developed strategic communications plans to shape opinion and motivate behavior to both potential customers and internal employees, ranging from employee relations to complex external strategies that focused on shifting social, demographic, technological, political and competitive variables.

Served as Assistant Professor of Art for the College of Fine & Performing Arts. Responsibilities included leadership in the visual communications and photography department, establishing and developing curriculum, managing staff of adjunct lecturers, advising students and teaching various levels of communications related subject matter. Courses and subject matter included: traditional/digital photography, stop-motion, animation, multimedia, visual literacy, social media, virtual reality authoring and digital compositing. Additional duties included lab/studio management and development, and service on budget, computer applications and serving on curriculum and strategic planning committees.

Served as director for a US Dept of Defense contractor, specializing in visual information contracted services (graphics, photography, video, multimedia, audiovisual, printing) to government agencies. Developed technical solicitation responses to federal requests for proposals. Planned and developed on-site Military Visual Information Services Centers. Determined budget, personnel, equipment and supplies necessary to perform the duties of the mission. Served as corporate liaison to government contracts at military installations. Designed and maintained the corporate brand through internal and external communications. Performed corporate facility security clearance and individual clearance management. Managed five military contracts at McGuire AFB, Travis AFB, Dover AFB and USS Groton U.S. Sub Base.

Served as the Project Manager for a Dept of Defense Visual Information Services/Multimedia Center that provided multimedia services, public relations support, forensic photography in support of law enforcement activities, accidents, mishaps and military contingencies. As Director, my responsibilities included personnel management; accounting/budgeting; planning staff work assignments, alert rosters, inventory control and facility/personnel security clearance management. As an Aircrew Certified Photojournalist, duties included high-profile imagery acquisition in deployed, remote and hostile environments. Supervised visual communications projects that included studio and location photography, complex illustrations, website creation/maintenance, multimedia presentations and video editing Specific assignments included; Albanian refugees fleeing Kosovo, documentation of terrorist attacks, search and recovery at Ground Zero, troop transitions across globe, combat air patrols and imagery support during in-flight air operations, combat contingencies, deployments, operations and military training exercises.
