Current* Oversight of 250 North American field stocking locations providing 24/7 availability & delivery of critical parts inventories. * Leadership of 3 distribution facilities supporting replenishment services to the field stocking location network, returns management and defective parts processing, test, repair & configuration to order services.* Responsible for a global, follow the sun, omnichannel Customer Response Center (Contact Center) guiding customers through parts dispatch activities, order status and tracking, international shipping and general support activities. * Accountable for the Global Inventory Control team managing of $2.5 Billion of customer owned assets, across 90 countries.
