Vice President, Marketing & Communications, Continuum Of Care
CurrentPremier Inc. is a healthcare improvement company uniting an alliance of approximately 4,350 U.S. hospitals and health systems and more than 325,000 providers and organizations.In my role, I lead all marketing and communications activities for Premier’s Continuum of Care business unit, which includes our direct GPO brands (Innovatix and Essensa), channel partners, digital sales channels, and supplier relations / contract support. In this leadership role, I support our business unit’s aggressive growth goals with strategies and tactics that are responsive to the needs of the non-acute healthcare providers and organizations within the care continuum that comprise our membership base. Specific roles and accomplishments include:- Leading a high-achieving team of marketing & communications professionals to support one of Premier’s fastest-growing business units through campaign development and execution, new product launches, content creation and marketing, new member acquisition, brand management, conference and trade show strategy and execution, executive communications and thought leadership, digital strategy, internal communications, and more- Developing a successful channel partner marketing program including strategic leadership, a comprehensive library of resources, a sales enablement platform, new co-branding guidelines, and ongoing needs evaluation to service 30+ partner organizations and their continuum of care affiliate members- Launching and providing ongoing leadership for stockd, Premier’s digital sales channel for the continuum of care, through strategy development and oversight, alignment with corporate objectives, digital and traditional marketing, and ongoing brand-building strategy- Overseeing programming, logistics, and execution of multi-day annual Continuum Meeting, resulting in over 95 percent satisfaction rates from attending members, partners, and suppliersPrevious titles include Senior Director, Marketing & Communications.
