Gary was a member of the trial team that secured a complete defense verdict in a 28-day bellwether jury trial in the Circuit Court for Cook County, Illinois, involving cancer allegations related to claimed exposure to ethylene oxide emitted from a medical device sterilization facility. During the trial, Gary wrote dispositive motions, argued evidentiary issues, drafted direct and cross examinations, and helped prepare corporate and expert witnesses to testify. Gary is currently a key member of the firm’s litigation team representing a large pharmaceutical company in multi-district products liability litigation alleging personal injury claims arising from an FDA-regulated medication.
