- Validate all Telecommunications charges spanning 16 countries and 4 revenue streams- Manage all revenue assurance processes, taking corrective action when necessary.- Manage Accounts Payable process for Telecom vendors- Assess business impact of changes to processes, products and vendor systems, communicating to relevant areas assuring optimisation of gross margin.- Undertake month-end activities in US GAAP relating to gross margin including accruals, prepayments, B/S reconciliations, control accounts & margin analysis. Liaise with auditors and provided all documentation regarding revenue assurance activities. - Management of 2 staff

- Co-ordination, review & approval of Payroll, Month End Reporting, Statutory Reporting & AP Payments produced by 3rd Party Accounting firms for DE, ES, IT, FR & UK- Review OPEX variances with Country Managers- Review of Dutch payroll including Journals & B/S Review- Monthly & Quarterly OPEX & B/S review & commentary.- Review of VAT & Intrastat returns for 8 european countries

- Full responsibility for General Ledger, Customer Billing, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Collections- Management of 3 direct reports- Preparation of monthly Management Accounts for HQ & local CEO- Day to day maintenance of Accounting & Billing systems

- Full responsibility for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Reporting at the European Shared Service Centre for 16 Entities.- Management of 7 FTEs- Production of Management Accounts under US GAAP.- Management Accounts review with CFO/CEO- Management of Accounts Payable team (3 members)- Preparation and Review of B/S Reconciliations- Management of Internal Controls, Internal & External Audits.
