Served as liaison between dealer network/distribution channels and Bosch Security Systems-North America headquarters location. Interacted with a headquarters staff of Product Managers and Engineers, Customer Service, Marketing and Credit departments. Coordinated with Manufacturer’s Rep firms within assigned region. Called on specifying engineers, architects and security consultants within assigned region. Called on major end-users with intent to create "pull-through" opportunities for dealer base.

Strongly focused on integrated solutions with emphasis on the integration of video surveillance, electronic access control and intrusion detection systems. Created and developed quality relationships with architects, design engineers and security consultants. Provided support to the installation team to assure smooth implementation of new systems.

Developed and expanded existing and new national accounts. Secured profitable sales of security systems and services through the development of long term business and social relationships with targeted companies. Aided prospects in the specification of bids prior to any RFP's. Prepared detailed proposals, provided oral and written presentations, negotiated and closed all contracts presented to prospects.
