The Telesales Representative (TSR) will make outbound calls to sell client's products to customers (businesses and/or individuals) in order to achieve sales quotas. Will apply professional selling techniques, including strategic business planning, comprehensive customer profiling, daily pipeline management, source code capture and closing techniques. This role also requires answering inbound calls. Customers receive direct marketing information which identifies TSR's outbound pipeline and drives inbound customer calls.

Improves desktop hardware and software processes and supports critical business strategies by managing the development, installation, vendor selection, maintenance and repair of desktop equipment. Leads multiple projects and oversees technical staff to ensure that client specifications are met.
