I am an independent consultant focused on improving companies’ supply chain analytics and operations and preparing companies and technology for sale. I have over 25 years of consulting experience helping companies, big and small, with their general business and supply chain needs. My specialties are supply chain analytics, systems development and implementation, and business and organizational transformation.I was Global EVP for Intelligence Technology and Transportation Consulting at Chainalytics, where I built the Transportation consulting practice and the Intelligence Technology portfolio from zero into a $10MM a year global business unit. As a member of the Chainalytics Board of Directors. I led the sale of the FMIC business to DAT in June of 2020 and remained on the Board of Chainalytics through December 2021 when we sold the supply chain consulting business to NTT Data. I have delivered operations improvement projects for hundreds of leading companies including Kraft, PepsiCo, Walmart, and The Home Depot.Prior to joining Chainalytics, I spent six years with i2 Technologies, now part of Blue Yonder. My last position at i2 was Vice President of Logistics Products where I was responsible for managing product development, marketing, and delivery of i2’s logistics solutions.
