I am the VP of Impact at Out in Tech, the world's largest non-profit uniting the LGBTQ+ tech community. In this role, I am responsible for creating opportunities for the organization's 60,000+ members to advance their careers, grow their networks, and leverage tech for social change.Founder of the Digital Corps initiative, dedicated to empowering LGBTQ+ activists globally with websites and tech tools for advocacy, fundraising, and community expansion. Overseeing the creation of 250 web platforms for activists in countries where being out is illegal. I am deeply committed to promoting digital safety in the 70 nations that criminalize homosexuality. Additionally, I lead the Out in Tech youth mentorship program, facilitating connections for 1,000 LGBTQ+ youth with tech experts, fostering career launches in the industry.I am also a cybersecurity professional with a CompTIA Security+ certification, helping organizations address their core security needs and protect their digital assets.Before joining Out in Tech, I served as a United Nations consultant for 5 years, specializing in data management for agencies such as UNICEF, UNFPA, and UN Women. I conducted capacity-building workshops on monitoring and evaluation software across 15 countries during this period. I obtained my Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA) from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs in 2015.I am originally from France (in case you're wondering about the 'slight' accent when we speak).
