Senior Customer Success Engineer
CurrentProvide friendly, high-quality customer service for our clients.Receive client inquiries via phone and email regarding product functionality or problems.Assist in researching and troubleshooting efforts, including escalations.Develop and communicate solutions back to clients within established timelines.Provide application and process training to customers.Document detailed problem descriptions and resolutions that are provided to the client.Assisted Quality Assurance in bug testing and feature requests for supported products.Train new Support staff on software installation, usage, and troubleshooting.Be an escalation point for tier 1 and tier 2 technicians who need assistance.
