- Transformed a company developing in-building cellular and wireless technology solutions from an unknown supplier in the U.S. to full product approval by Tier 1 carriers and in U.S. sales in 2 years. - Developed high-impact sales and marketing materials for U.S. market and introduced company to primary U.S. wireless system installers.- Negotiated the first major sales orders for the new Zinwave product in the U.S. Secured Verizon approval and company status as a preferred vendor.- Brought in experienced sales engineer to ensure success of first deployments and finalize product definition.- Provided majority of U.S. customer support, including commercial and Public Safety DAS RFP responses with RF coverage analysis and mapping, DAS architectures, cabling estimates, and BOMs.

- Hired to aggressively secure penetration in the U.S. market for a company engaged in the development and production of repeaters and cellular extenders. - Expanded into additional new markets by securing Dekolink approvals with Cingular/AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon.- Introduced and established Dekolink as the preferred vendor for public safety, resulting in approvals and deployments into a number of major statewide networks (e.g., NY, PA, FL).- Developed standard practices for designing and deploying Dekolink extended coverage systems for wireless public safety (adopted by Motorola and NPSTC). - Retooled marketing messages and content and specified features, performance, and prices for Dekolink’s new public safety RF boosters to ensure compliance with market requirements.

- Initially founded and served as President of Gwydion LLC (1997-99) to develop fiber optic-based products for enhancing indoor coverage for wireless networks. Exceeded all design, cost, and schedule targets. - Sold Gwydion to Repeater Technologies and held position as Vice President (1999 – 2001) to direct its Southern CA operations. Foresaw collapse of Repeater Technologies and negotiated the sale of Southern CA division to Remec Wireless.- As Managing Director (2001-02) of Remec Wireless, led efforts to complete development and release of FiberDAS product line originally developed at Gwydion. Directed off-site operations as company sought to expand into the wireless coverage market, including sales, marketing, business development, and engineering functions. - Developed highly competitive fiber optic distributed antenna product in the early days of the market. Built critical partnerships with Nokia with input from AT&T, Sprint, and European carriers. - Secured product approval with Sprint, Orange UK, and Orange France while at Remec Wireless. Sprint praised product as highest quality DAS product that had tested with the best price and best performance.- Developed product descriptions, business cases and product roadmap for a line of new products for Remec.

- Developed commercial/military satellite earth station fiber optic product line and fiber optic delay line for ground-based and airborne radar calibration. - Both product lines reached and still maintain $10M in annual revenue and continue to be sold by Ortel (now Emcore) today.
