Manage operations for a privately held hotel group ranging in size from 320 rooms to 1010 rooms under Independent and Branded firms. Assets include hotels in gateway cities such as New York City (Paramount and On the Avenue Hotel) and San Francisco (Westin SF Market Street and Parc 55).

Managed operations of 7 Independent and Marriott branded hotels and condo unit resorts. Direct oversight of the luxury brand creation for Remington Hotels & Resorts.

Managed operations of 12 owned, leased and managed hotels and resorts. Resorts included the Boulders Resort & Golden Door Spa, Carmel Valley Ranch, Isla Navidad Resort, Aruba Resort & Casino, St Thomas Resort and 7 branded hotels. Drove business development and strategic sales and marketing initiatives for a AAA 5-Diamond 160–Room / 55-Villa Resort. Oversight included all facets of the award winning Golden Door Spa, 2 Jay Morrish designed Gold Medal 18 hole golf courses, a private country club with over 700 homes and 535 members, 8 tennis courts, 6 restaurants and over 14,000 sq. feet of flexible meeting space. In addition, oversaw a 225,000 sq. foot shopping center with 33 retail shops and a 5,500 sq. foot ballroom.

Oversaw operations of 12 owned and managed hotels. Hotels included 9 Wyndham full service branded assets in Washington DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Wilmington, Pittsburgh, Richmond, Roanoke and Valley Forge. In addition, 3 Summerfield Suites extended stay products. Direct oversight of a 352-room downtown hotel with 14,000 sq. feet of meeting space.

Responsible for managing all facets of a 408-room hotel with 17,000 sq. feet of meeting space. Key Contributions & Results: Completed a $9M dollar renovation. Increased Hotel Group Sales 30% by redeveloping and redeploying the entire sales force. Received the Most Improved Profit Award, Hotel Division 2000. Received the Most Improved RevPAR Award, Hotel Division 2000.

Successfully led all operations of a 231-room AAA Four Diamond historical hotel with 13,500 sq. feet of meeting space. Key Contributions & Results: Completed a $10M dollar renovation. Obtained “Hotel of the Year” recognition in 1998. Received Sales Team of the Year Award, Hotel Division 1999. Received General Manager of the Year Award, Hotel Division 1999.
