I own an operate Walker Appraisal Service. I do both residential and commercial real estate appraisals. On the residential side, I do relocation, conventional and FHA appraisals primarily in Southern King and Pierce Counties. I speciallize in the unusual - homes on acreage, waterfront, log homes, etc. On the commercial side, I do a variety of work types for conventional lending - commercial office and retail buildings and vacant land and lots. I also do right-of-way work, both for governmental agencies and the land owner who's property is being "taken." Appraisals for estate settlement (to IRS standards), land trusts and divorce are also done.I have done large farms, timberland and other interesting work assignements.
