As one of the Principals, Gary has helped MEC become one of the TOP equity compensation consulting firms in the industry.In 2010, Gary became the 6039 knowledge expert for My Equity Comp and has presented on the topic to the SEC Professionals Group, Sacramento NASPP Chapter, numerous Educational Webinars, and spoke at the Solium Transcentive National Conference in 2011. My Equity Comp is now one of the main IRS Filers for 6039 and has filed Forms 3921 and 3922 for several of its clients.With nearly 10 years of brokerage and equity compensation experience with E*TRADE FINANCIAL, Gary brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. For the last several years at E*TRADE, Gary was the escalation manager for all OptionsLink / Stock Plan systemic issues and special client needs. In addition to obtaining his Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses while at E*TRADE, he was instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition during the OptionsLink acquisition and has worked in many aspects of the OptionsLink / Stock Plan business including customer service, corporate support, account management, employee education, product management, development, quality assurance, and operations. Gary also presented at the E*TRADE Directions Conference multiple times.He graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. degree in Bus.
