Jenn's role in developing IVF and third-party programs at major fertility clinics, especially her work with the Fairfax EggBank, highlights the impact she's made on the field. In her consultancy, she provides guidance on FDA regulations, ASRM guidelines, and operational aspects of Third-Party Reproduction,. Jenn's clinical insight, patient-centered approach, and problem-solving skills are vital in enhancing patient care and regulatory practices in the reproductive health sector.Gary is a laboratory professional with an extensive background in embryology/andrology, molecular and classic cytogenetics, next-generation sequencing, and clinical genetics. With over 35 years of laboratory and management experience, he has excelled in both laboratory and executive roles. Dr. Harton's mission is to apply his expertise in molecular genetics, laboratory operation and design, quality assurance, and management to enhance patient experience, and outcomes as well as driving commercial success through science. His dedication to advancing scientific knowledge in reproductive medicine is evident in his publications, certifications, memberships in prestigious organizations and committees, and teaching positions.

Responsible for the daily operations of Igenomix US including customer service, sales, marketing and laboratory operations. Responsible for Market Development activities worldwide for the reproductive and genetic health market. Managed the team to achieve growth goals for sales as well as goals around educating the market through Key Opinion Leader activities, training courses and educational symposia.

Responsible for BlueGnome’s 24sure product line; an array-based aneuploidy screening technology which is being used in a number of studies to improve IVF success rates in both aneuploidy screening and for patients with chromosome rearrangements.

The laboratory is a clinical lab designed to analyze tissue, either chorionic villus samples (CVS) or amniotic fluid, from human fetuses for chromosomal abnormalities. Was responsible for all aspects of prenatal diagnosis including initial tissue set-up in culture, maintenance of cell cultures, harvesting of metaphase chromosome spreads, G-banding and microscopic analysis of stained chromosomes. In addition, technicians in the laboratory assisted during egg retrievals and sperm preparation in the infertility section.

Monoclonal Antibodies: Worked as part of a research and development team making monoclonal antibodies to unique surface antigens of HIV for use in antigen capture test kits. Responsible for all aspects of monoclonal antibody production including immunization of mice, surgical dissection of mouse spleen, chemical fusion of spleen cells and mouse cell culture line, as well as maintenance and characterization of hybridoma cell lines in culture.
